June 5, 2009 Michigan Brewing Co. To Produce ‘Kid Rock’ Beer Webberville Michigan’s Michigan Brewing Co. will produce a new product line: a craft beer for local musician Kid Rock. Bobby Mason, owner-brewer at the Michigan Brewing Co., hopes to have the new brew on shelves by mid-spring. Kid Rock is working closely with Mason on the design, naming and the style of beer. Among the issues: will the new lager be a premium priced brew or a drink priced for Kid Rock’s working class fans?
